Greek U16 Women’s Water Polo Team to Face Hungary in European Championships

The Greek U16 women’s water polo team is set to compete against Hungary in the semifinals of the European Championship in Istanbul today, Wednesday, July 2, at 7 p.m. local time.

Hungary secured their spot in the final four with a dominant 14-6 victory over Germany in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Greece delivered a stunning performance earlier, crushing Turkey 19-1 to advance.

The other semifinal will feature Spain, who overpowered Croatia 16-3, against Italy, who defeated the Netherlands 11-8.
