The Greek mixed 4x100m medley relay team delivered an outstanding performance at the European Junior Swimming Championships in Samorin, Slovakia, securing 5th place while breaking their own national record for the second time in a day.
The quartet of Nikolaos Papatheodorou (backstroke, 55.40), Vangelis Doumas (breaststroke, 59.40), Nefeli Bilana (butterfly, 1:01.25), and Despina Pyrili (freestyle, 55.98) clocked 3:52.03, shaving off two seconds from their previous national record (3:54.13) set in the morning preliminaries.
