New Democracy (ND) maintains its lead in voter intention according to the latest MARC poll for ANT1. The party of Kyriakos Mitsotakis is polling at 30.5%, while the PASOK party, led by Nikos Androulakis, rises slightly to 14%, keeping the gap at 16.5 points—a stable trend compared to the previous survey, where ND had lost only half a point and PASOK gained half a point.

In the prime minister suitability questionKyriakos Mitsotakis leads with 33.9%, followed by Alexis Tsipras at 24.3%, 9.6 points behind. Nikos Androulakis polls at 11.3%, while Zoe Konstantopoulou slightly surpasses Androulakis in the center-left leadership question with 12.8% versus 12.6%.

The poll highlights the clear bipolarity of the political landscapeMitsotakis dominates the center-right with 38.8%, while Tsipras emerges as the leader of the center-left, with 24% support. Citizens are seeking stability and decisive leadership, especially amid economic uncertainty. dimoskopiseis

A key finding is that inflation is the top concern for voters67.7% believe combating inflation should be the government’s top priority, and 37.7% say it is the main source of political cost for the administration. Following that are the Tempi train disaster at 31.1%, OPPEKEPE (agriculture payments agency) issues at 13%, and everyday life problems at 9.4%. Interestingly, 2.6% still cite the legalization of same-sex marriage as a source of political cost.

Government approval stands at 35.8%, while the main opposition is at 23.1%, confirming ND’s lead but highlighting the need to address pressing social and economic issues.

In voter intention, the Course of Freedom party is in third place at 10.8%, strengthening its presence, while the KKE registers 8.4% and SYRIZA 7%. The rise of Course of Freedom shows that voters are exploring alternatives beyond traditional parties, especially on everyday and economic concerns.

The MARC poll reflects a stable ND, a renewed center-left under Tsipras, and inflation as an absolute political priority. Citizens are signaling a need for economic stability, social protection, and clear leadership, and the coming period will determine which party can deliver on these expectations.
